Welcome to Meet & Greet Travels! Meet & Greet Travels (MnGT) extends a warm
welcome to you, our valued user. By accessing and utilising our services, you acknowledge
that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. MnGT retains the
right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, and we encourage you to review
them each time you engage with our services.
All products, services, and information presented on Meet & Greet Travels constitute
an "invitation to offer." When you place an order or make a booking, it is considered your
"offer," which is subject to the terms and conditions presented herein. MnGT reserves the
right, at our discretion, to terminate access to the website and its associated services,
either in part or in whole, without prior notice.
1. User Agreement
- You certify that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
- These terms supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail regardless of any variances with other submitted order terms.
- All prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees.
- Prices and availability of products may change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Meet & Greet Travels.
- MnGT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking listed at an incorrect price, irrespective of order confirmation or payment processing. Any payment already processed will be credited back with notification via email.
- In credit card transactions, you must use your own credit card. MnGT is not liable for any credit card fraud; responsibility for fraudulent card usage lies solely with the user.
- Cancellation requests are subject to retention charges as specified in the confirmation voucher.
- Any additional costs incurred due to non-delivery caused by user errors (e.g., incorrect name or address) will be charged to the user.
- MnGT shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by agents, hotels, airlines, or vendors due to reasons beyond our control, including floods, fires, wars, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- MnGT acts solely as a booking agent facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for product quality, damages, losses, or taxes incurred by users related to bookings made through our platforms.
- Users agree to use MnGT's services for lawful purposes only.
- Users agree to provide authentic and accurate information. MnGT reserves the right to verify user information at any time. Providing false information may result in rejection of registration and suspension of access without prior notice.
- MnGT is not responsible for damages suffered by users due to service use on this site, including loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, cancellations, missed bookings, or service interruptions caused by hotels or third parties.
- MnGT's services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Any warranties exist solely between vendors and users.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as communicated by our team.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
- All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise.
- We do not hold any booking without payment. Your booking is reconfirmed within 24 working hours of payment.
- Rates are valid for Indian residents and non-Indian residents with valid work permits. Non-Indian residents may be subject to additional charges as per hotel policy.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (typically 25–50% of total package cost) is required to confirm a booking.
- The balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other methods communicated by our team.
- All bookings are subject to a 2.5% bank transaction fee on credit card, net banking, or debit card refunds.
- Your credit card is charged with the total cost at the time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- The price displayed does not include hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals, or regulatory surcharges — these will be assessed by the hotel upon checkout.
- In case of sudden cost increments in hotel or package bookings due to taxes or other factors, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written notice:
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost (up to 100% during peak/festive season)
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost (up to 100% during peak/festive season)
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of package cost (no refund)
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total package cost before tax, not on the advance
payment. After a booking is modified, it cannot be modified again. No refunds will be
issued for unused services, early check-outs, or no-shows.
Refunds will be processed within 7–30 working days from the date of the cancellation
email. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same
card. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
In cases where cash deposit or credit card refunds are not possible, MnGT may issue a
credit note for the same amount, usable for future bookings.
MnGT charges a minimum service fee of INR 500 for cancellations and
amendments, in addition to any fare or tariff differential charges. This fee applies even
if the customer is entitled to a full refund.
5. Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
- Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. These timings may vary from hotel to hotel.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by the hotel.
- As per government regulations, all guests above 18 years must present a valid government-issued photo ID (PAN card is not valid) and address proof at check-in.
- Some hotels may not allow unmarried or unrelated couples to check in. The hotel's decision is final in such cases, and no refund will be applicable. MnGT will not be held responsible if the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
- Bookings for long weekends, special occasions, and festive seasons require 100% advance payment and are non-refundable. No post-payment at hotels will be accepted during peak holiday periods.
- Meet & Greet Travels reserves the right to include a non-refundable service charge with a minimum of INR 250 per room per night.
- A modification fee of INR 500 per request will apply for changes to any hotel booking. A rate difference may also be charged subject to availability.
- All cancellations or modifications must be communicated directly to us via email, including your MnGT Booking Reference number. Requests without the booking reference will not be processed. Direct cancellations made at the hotel will not be considered.
- Refunds for cancelled or modified bookings take at least 7 working days to process.
Child Policy (Hotel)
- Kid's tariff applies to children up to 11 years of age. Children above 11 years are charged as adults.
- Children under 5 sharing an existing bed with parents in the same room are generally not charged. However, some hotels may levy a meal supplement charge.
Meal Plan Definitions
- EP: Room only
- CP: Room with breakfast
- MAP: Room with breakfast and lunch/dinner
- AP: Room with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
All other extra or incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the hotel.
6. Tour Booking Terms & Conditions
- In the event of a proposed hotel being sold out or overbooked, we will provide a similar category or upgraded hotel.
- All tour bookings for long weekends, special occasions, and festive seasons require 100% advance payment and are non-refundable.
- When room category is not specified in the final proposal, the standard or starting category of room will be provided.
- Any cancellations or modifications must be communicated to MnGT via email or phone, including your MnGT booking reference. Cancellation and modification policies are subject to the hotel or tour operator's policies and availability.
- Cab and driver details will be provided 24 hours before the trip and communicated via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Extra expenses such as laundry charges, telephone bills, or meals not included in the booking must be settled directly by the guest with the hotel.
- Sightseeing will be conducted as per the itinerary on a point-to-point basis. The car will not be at your disposal; any extra running will be paid directly to the driver.
- In hilly areas, air conditioning in the car may not be available. You can request it from the driver and pay directly if available.
- Any cost escalation due to natural calamities, traffic, law and order issues, political unrest, or flight/train/bus cancellations will be borne by the customer. MnGT will not be held responsible in such cases.
- Booking for flights, trains, buses, and forest safaris is subject to availability and will be booked on an actual basis with a minimum convenience fee. These bookings are not part of the land package.
- Permits for remote areas are subject to guidelines and availability and may incur additional fees.
- For all pick-up arrangements, customers must provide pick-up details (flight/train numbers and booking confirmation ID) at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Child Policy (Tour)
- 0–5 years: Can stay with parents at no extra charge; no extra bed required.
- 6–12 years: Considered children; extra bed charges will apply as per policy.
- Above 12 years: Considered adults; extra bed charges applicable accordingly.
7. Car / Cab Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation within 24 hours to 3 days before journey: 100% charge
- Cancellation between 3 days and 1 week before journey: 10% charge
- A minimum fee of INR 250 per request applies for changes or cancellations, along with any rate differences based on availability.
- If the cab operator changes the vehicle type for any reason, MnGT will refund the differential amount to the customer if notified within 24 hours of the journey.
- Refunds for cancelled or modified cab bookings take at least 7–15 working days to process.
8. Visa & Insurance Terms
- MnGT acts as a facilitator for visa applications and will guide customers through the process. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy; MnGT is not responsible for rejection. Visa fees are non-refundable for rejected applications.
- MnGT is not responsible for unforeseen changes to visa formalities imposed by embassies during the document submission and processing phase.
- If a credit card payment is declined, alternate payment instructions must reach MnGT at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid order cancellation.
- We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. MnGT is not liable for losses, medical expenses, or trip cancellations covered by such insurance.
9. Online Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and RuPay card payments are securely processed through
our online payment gateway using SSL encryption and 128-bit security. Your bank directly
authorises each transaction — no sensitive card information passes through MnGT's systems.
We do not retain your credit card information after the transaction is complete.
If your credit card payment is declined for any reason, please provide alternate payment
instructions to MnGT at least 72 hours prior to your departure. Failure to do so may
result in order cancellation.
10. Instant Booking
- You must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.
- Your booking is reconfirmed within 24 working hours of payment.
- If the same category hotel is not available, MnGT will provide a similar category. If an upgrade is required, the customer may need to pay the additional cost.
- MnGT reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. In case of cancellation by MnGT, a full refund excluding service charges will be issued within 30 working days.
- Standard check-in and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late checkouts are subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- All other refunds are subject to a minimum of 7 working days or will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
11. Amendments
Requests to amend confirmed bookings (change of date, itinerary modification) must be
made in writing with your MnGT booking reference. Amendment charges may apply depending
on the nature of the change and proximity to the travel date. Once a booking is modified,
it cannot be modified again.
12. What's Included & Excluded
Each package clearly states what is included and excluded. Items not listed as inclusions
are not part of the package price. This commonly includes personal expenses, travel
insurance, entry fees, tips, and meals outside the selected meal plan.
13. Liability
Meet & Greet Travels acts as an organiser and booking agent and does not own or
operate the hotels, airlines, or transport used in our packages. We are not liable for
any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural
disasters, government actions, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
14. Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, hotel staff, fellow
travellers, and local communities. Meet & Greet Travels reserves the right to remove
any person from a tour for misconduct, with no refund obligation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tiruppur,
Tamil Nadu.
